The first conversation is by phone or video, about the project, the property, and what you want the house to be. If the project is a fit, the next step is a working consultation at the property, and the terms for that are confirmed when it is scheduled. Pricing for the project itself is discussed privately and set out in a written proposal.

I read every inquiry myself and reply within a few hours. We set a call. If the project is a fit, I visit the property, and you receive a written proposal with the scope, the timeline, and the investment. Nothing is signed until you have walked through it with me.

The address, the rooms in scope, and when you would like to start. Whether an architect or a contractor is already engaged, and any drawings you have. A few images of rooms you respond to. That is enough for me to tell you honestly whether and how I can help.

As early as you can. For new construction, the right moment is after the architect is engaged and before the plans lock. For a renovation, the planning stage, before a contractor is chosen. I take a limited number of projects at a time, and the schedule fills.

Yes. The studio is in Beverly Hills and my primary market is Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, Brentwood, and Pacific Palisades. I run full projects in Miami, Miami Beach, and New York, directed from the studio with site visits at the milestones that matter. Other markets are on the Locations page.
